By using Vezio's services, you agree to the terms and conditions described below. Please read carefully before contracting our services.

1. Services

Vezio offers website creation, landing pages, custom web systems, admin panels and digital project maintenance services. Each service is detailed in a specific commercial proposal.

2. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing correct information, approving content and deadlines, and bearing hosting, domain and third-party tool costs when not included in the proposal.

3. Vezio responsibilities

Vezio is committed to delivering the services as agreed in the proposal, with professional quality and within established deadlines.

4. Intellectual property

After full payment of the service, the client receives the usage rights of the developed project. Vezio reserves the right to display the work in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation and refund

Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Refunds are analyzed on a case-by-case basis, proportionally to the work already executed.
